This project involved the replacement of existing air conditioning and mechanical services in the Pathway Resource Centre of North Lakes State College. Works included:
- Staged demolition of existing rooftop plant (package units) and equipment.
- Waterproofing of the rooftop plant
- Supply and installation of new package unit and VRF split ducted systems.
- Supply and installation of outside air fans interlocked to the air conditioning units.
- Mechanical Switchboard and centralised controls to operate the above plant and equipment.
- Coordination of site works with client and school.
- NEBB Certified Commissioning of the completed systems.
